What ClosetKept is
ClosetKept (yes, one word — you’ll also see it written Closet Kept) is the platform we wanted as collectors and couldn’t find: a single place to track releases, watch retailers for restocks, save what you want, log what you own, and ask an AI concierge that actually knows your closet for recommendations. No fabricated hype. No fake exclusivity. Just the drops, the prices, the data, and an opinionated friend in your pocket.
Meet Caro
Caro is ClosetKept’s AI concierge — a quiet, knowledgeable archivist for your collection. Caro knows what you own, what you want, and what’s worth your attention: recommends drops you’d actually wear, flags when resale moves, and adds pieces to your closet with a tap. Not a hype account, not a salesperson — editorial, specific, honest about what it doesn’t know.
Caro is built on Anthropic’s Claude, with ClosetKept’s catalog and your account context layered in. That means Caro forgets nothing about your collection — and won’t pretend to have feelings about it. The more you add, the better Caro gets.
The three-layer vision
- Discovery — a release calendar aggregated across the major drop sources, editorial coverage from the streetwear & sneaker world, and a curated shop.
- Action — wishlist, restock alerts, and one-tap retailer handoff that survives changing affiliate programs.
- Personalization —an AI concierge that knows your closet, your wishlist, what you’re watching, and the shop. Ask anything — sizing, hype, what to buy.
Multi-source, no inventory
ClosetKept never holds inventory. We aggregate releases across retailers (Nike, Foot Locker, JD Sports, Kith, END., GOAT, StockX, and more), and the shop surface runs on our own commerce engine that handles the actual buying experience. That separation lets us be opinionated about what gets surfaced without fighting margin pressure on any single SKU.
