Jordan Brand’s archives are full of classic and iconic sneakers, with fan-favorite colorways that are constantly being reinterpreted. This week, the Air Jordan 3’s OG “True Blue” look has leaked as a potential retro release for Fall 2026.
The Air Jordan 3 has been widely regarded as one of the best mainline Jordan models since the shoe debuted back in 1988. Cited alongside many of the early numbered pairs like 1s, 4s, 5s, and more (sorry AJ2, I still love you), the 3 remains an essential piece of the Jordan catalog to this day, though it presents as a lifestyle shoe in 2025. The 3 was our introduction to the elephant print pattern now synonymous with Jordan retros, as well as introducing the semi-controversial Jumpman logo, replacing the Nike Air and Wings logos previously seen on Jordan models.

As of now, it is unclear if this 3 release will feature the Nike Air or Jumpman logo on the heels.

The next release of an OG colorway for the Air Jordan 3 has not been announced yet, but is currently expected to arrive during the Fall 2026 season.
