Nike Floods The Air Force 1 Low With “Fire Pink”

We’ve spilled a copious amount of ink on the new strategy regarding the Air Force 1. In totality, though the volume of slightly different general releases has decreased, the Uptown is just as much of a focus as ever. It became a front page headline with the Air Force 1 ’01 build, inclusive of its dominance as a New York icon in the wake of the Knicks title, and recently popping with several Paris Fashion Week showcases like the Air Force 1 “Square Toe.”

On the homefront, there’s still a place for more run-of-the-mill fare, and though in broad strokes a new easily accessible colorway fits the bill, Beaverton is doing well to issue some real head-turners. Though the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Fire Pink” doesn’t carry any crazy materiality or twisted blocking, a comprehensive “Fire Pink” colorway fulfills the “neck snapper” aspect. The sole divergence comes with light orange branding and a silvery solid Swoosh on the tongue, and with glittery treatments in the outsole.
